Welcome to Silent Warriors. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at silentwarriors.com ("Site") and your interactions with Silent Warriors ("we," "us," or "our").

1. About Silent Warriors

Silent Warriors is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting veterans and first responders. Our mailing address is 401 E 8th St, #370, Sioux Falls, SD 57103.

• Non-refundable: Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 30 days and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
• Recurring donations: If you sign up for a recurring donation, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule until you cancel. You may cancel a recurring donation at any time by contacting us.
• Tax deductibility: Donations to Silent Warriors may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We will provide a receipt for your records. Please consult a tax professional regarding deductibility in your specific situation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — is the property of Silent Warriors or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
